1. About these terms

The Site at gambivaonline.co.uk is operated by Gambiva. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy, responsible gaming information and KYC and AML policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or play. The Site is for adults only.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and must play for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are responsible for checking that online gambling is lawful where you live.
• Only one account is allowed per person.

3. Your account

You must give accurate and complete details when you register and keep them up to date. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so contact support straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account if the information provided is false or if these terms are broken.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Withdrawals are made only after identity verification is complete, as described in the KYC and AML policy.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Each bonus has its own terms, shown with the offer. These include wagering requirements, game contribution and time limits. The welcome offer is 200% up to €500 on the first deposit, the first of a six-deposit slots package worth up to 800%, with a minimum deposit of €10. Wagering is 20x on slots only. 6. Fair play

You must play honestly. Cheating, collusion, use of automated tools, exploiting errors, or opening multiple accounts to gain an advantage is not allowed. If we find evidence of this, we may void bets and winnings, close the account and report it where the law requires.

7. Responsible gaming

8. Liability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, Gambiva is not liable for losses caused by technical faults outside our control, by your internet connection or device, or by your own gambling decisions. Where a game or system error occurs, we may correct the result.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
