KYC and AML Policy

To keep Gambiva online safe and lawful, we verify who our players are and watch for suspicious activity. Here is what that means for you.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Purpose

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks help us confirm that players are adults, that accounts belong to the right person, and that the Site is not used for fraud or financial crime. This policy applies to everyone who uses gambivaonline.co.uk, which is operated by Gambiva.

2. Identity verification

We require identity verification before any withdrawal can be made. We may also ask for it at other times, for example when you register, when your account activity changes, or when we need to confirm your age. Provide accurate details that match your registration, as mismatches can delay verification.

3. Documents we may request

  • A valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
  • Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used, where relevant.

Documents should be clear, complete and up to date. We handle them in line with our privacy policy.

4. Source-of-funds checks

In some cases, for example with larger or unusual transactions, we may ask where your money comes from. You may be asked for documents that explain the source of funds or source of wealth. Until a request is answered, we may hold a withdrawal.

5. Payments and withdrawals

We monitor accounts for activity that may indicate money laundering, fraud, use of stolen payment methods, or multiple accounts. If we see something suspicious we may pause or restrict an account, ask for more information, cancel transactions, close the account and, where the law requires, report it to the relevant authorities without notifying you.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Use only your own accounts and payment methods.
  • Keep your personal details up to date.
  • Respond promptly to verification requests.
  • Do not use the Site to move funds without genuine play.
